When we decided to vacation on the Big Island for the Christmas Holiday we were fortunate to find Kristine Bosselmann to help us locate the perfect place for our family. She patiently listened to our wishes for the type of home and location that would suit our particular needs. And, she came up with just the right fit. With the information she gave us while making our reservation, we arrived knowing what to expect. There were no disappointments! In fact, the comfort and beauty of our vacation home far surpassed our expectation. On top of that Kristine made herself available to answer any questions that came up as we settled into our stay. We had the assurance that if there were any problems they would be taken care of right away. So, we relaxed into one of the best vacations our family has shared together. Without hesitation, when we return to Kona, or when we venture to the Santa Barbara area, we will contact Kristine to find the perfect vacation home.

We were so thrilled with the place in Kailua-Kona that I wanted to write and thank you again for suggesting it and renting it to us. The location was superb, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The layout of the house is conducive to indoor / outdoor living and the pool is really a treat after a day of adventures ( or even a night of sleeping for those morning dips). The house is well set up with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and lots of places to sit and read a book. Thank you also for the few extra hours on Tuesday before our flight. It turned out that the flight was oversold and we were bumped off until Weds afternoon so United put us up in the King Kam Hotel for the night. What a letdown after the pleasure of staying at your place.

Hopefully we'll be back to Kona in the near future and if you're still in the business of renting places out, you'll definitely be one of the first places we contact looking for a place to rent.

Thanks,
John
